Food entrepreneurs have the opportunity to launch their own crowdfunding campaign and learn from expert, Lisa Fetterman who raised US$1.3 million on Kickstarter, during a new course, “Crowdfunding For Food Entrepreneurs” hosted by Food+Tech Ed.
Fetterman’s food innovation, Nomiku, is an at-home sous vide immersion circulator, which was created to give more people access to delicious food. “Nomiku allows me to use this temperature-controlled way of cooking conveniently in my own home,” said Top Chef winner Kristen Kish in a testimonial.
