NYC Food Waste Fair

The Foundation for New York’s Strongest, Inc and the NYC Department of Sanitation have created an expo-style event with workshops, digital content, and live demonstrations that will provide critical resources to New York City businesses that throw away more the 650,000 tons of food annually. It is meant to help business owners transform their food waste into something that is useful and sustainable for the community through their prevent, recover, recycle model.
