Food Talk Live: Pete Ritchie & Chantal Clement

Pete Ritchie is the Executive Director of Nourish Scotland, an organization working for a fair, healthy and sustainable food system that values nature and people. Chantal Clement is the Deputy Director of IPES-Food, an independent panel of experts with a mission to promote transition to sustainable food systems around the world. Nourish Scotland and IPES-Food are working together on the Glasgow Food and Climate Declaration, which unites the most forward-thinking sub-national and local authorities with a pledge to accelerate the development of integrated food policies and a call on national governments to act.
