Michael Hamm is the C.S. Mott Professor of Sustainable Agriculture at Michigan State University. He teaches and conducts research and outreach on community food security and community, regional, and sustainable food systems. He recently started a consulting business, Flying Goat Associates, LLC, and operates Flying Goat Farm.
