Emma Whitham is the founder of MOO Food, a community-led food charity in the Highlands of Scotland, and co-founder of the Highland Good Food Partnership, a movement that is bringing people together from across the food sector to transform the food system in the Scottish Highlands. Whitham is passionate about great food that doesn’t cost the planet and believes that if we embrace the interconnectedness and diversity of life, every being can flourish.
