Erik Hoffner is a photographer and contributing writer for Grist, EcoWatch, and World Ark. His work also appears in the Guardian, National Geographic News Watch, Yale Environment 360, The Sun, and Earth Island Journal (list of recent articles at www.erikhoffner.com/writing).
When not on assignment, his day job as outreach coordinator at the award-winning literary journal of the environment, Orion, has him working with some of the best authors in the world, from Michael Pollan to Wendell Berry and Rebecca Solnit.
