Fabiola is passionate about the connections that food has with our societies, future, environment, and culture. She graduated from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte at Mexico City with a B.A in Gastronomy and performed as a food journalist in her home country. She currently lives in Vienna, Austria and plans to do further research in food waste, the tourism industry and the connection between both.
