Love Lundy has a B.A. in Political Science from Spelman College, where she was part of the inaugural cohort of food studies scholars. She is passionate about rural Black foodways, protections for Type-1 diabetics, food education, and land rights. She is from Edgewater, New Jersey, through Triana, Alabama. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she continues to help tend Spelman’s ‘Victory Garden’ and work in food service.
