The FoodxFilm Festival aims to address the future of food both in terms of scarcity and abundance with an eye toward building sustainability, fairness, and systems transformation. During the festival, Food Tank’s president Danielle Nierenberg will moderate a panel with filmmakers to discuss the intersection of food and filmmaking.
Food Talk Live: Peter Byck
Peter Byck is a professor at Arizona State University and the director, producer and writer of Carbon Nation, a filmmaking project telling stories of regenerative agriculture (which can be found at www.carboncowboys.org). Byck aims to convey how regenerative land practices can mitigate climate change through his filmmaking and academic research.
