Food Tank, in partnership with Rethink Food Waste Through Economics and Data (ReFED) and with support from The Rockefeller Foundation, will present a one-day summit on September 13, 2017, titled Focusing on Food Loss and Waste. The event will take place 9 AM to 5 PM EST at the Greene Space in New York City.
As the inaugural NYC Food Tank Summit, the event will gather dozens of expert speakers who are top leaders across all sectors of the food industry, including business, government, and elected officials, policymakers, nonprofit groups, farmers, unions, chefs, and more.

We are also providing a limited number of partial scholarships for farmers, students, low income, those working for nonprofits, and others to attend on a case-by-case basis as quantities last.
This is the third event in the 2017 Food Tank Summit Series. Each Food Tank Summit to date has completely sold-out, and more than 175,000 viewers from around the globe have watched the free livestreams.
