A graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, Greg takes a holistic approach in helping his clients introduce sustainable practices such as integrating zero waste kitchens and from-scratch cooking—developing recipes, environmental policies and strategies that result in creative and adaptive environmental solutions designed to meet the needs of each individual client.
