Angie Cerilli is a new intern with the Food Tank team. Her passion for sustainable food production lead her to undertake a Bachelor of Science in Agroecology at the University of Manitoba. This was followed by the completion of her Master’s in Animal Science, with a focus on dietary strategies to reduce methane production in beef cattle. Angie enjoys camping, hockey, traveling, and her dog. She has a particular interest in climate change and food security challenges.
