Lauren Ng is a summer intern at Food Tank. She is a rising senior pursuing bachelor’s degrees in journalism and food studies at New York University, where she most recently served as the managing editor of the award-winning student newspaper. Lauren's writing can also be found in the Los Angeles Times, where she interned at the Food section in 2025, and Food Fix, a national food policy newsletter.
