Yvelande Astreide is the Office Manager at Taste of Immokalee where she supports daily operations and mentors students in the program, giving them real-life experience in business while helping them implement social change in their community. Yvelande studies business, marketing, and entrepreneurship as a sophomore at Florida Southwestern State College, and will transfer to Florida Gulf Coast University next spring.
