Following the presentation, the Director of the CSIS Global Food Security Project, Kimberly Flowers, will moderate a panel discussion between Ambassador Patricia Haslach of the U.S. Department of State, Modesta Nnedinso Abugu of the Open Forum on Agricultural Biotechnology in Africa, and Hans Dreyer of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization.
