Kodi Bundermann is a fifth generation farmer who works with livestock on the Engelbrecht Family Farm in Alexandria, Minnesota. She received the Niman Ranch Next Generation Foundation David Serfling Scholarship to continue buying and raising cattle while studying at North Dakota State University.
