The Impact of COVID-19 on Restaurants
Join Food Tank and Hunter College NYC Food Policy Center for a series of panels exploring the impact of COVID-19 on the restaurant industry. Panels will focus on the role of restaurants in the food system, how restaurants are working through COVID-19, and the future of restaurants post-pandemic. Panelists include: Camilla Marcus of the Independent Restaurant Coalition, Naama Tamir of Lighthouse and Lighthouse Outpost, JJ Johnson of FIELDTRIP, Tom Colicchio of Crafted Hospitality, Andrew Rigie of NYC Hospitality Alliance, and Salil Metah of Laut Singapura Restaurant. Panels will be moderated by Danielle Nierenberg of Food Tank and Charles Platkin of Hunter College NYC Food Policy Center.
