Ben Wenk is a seventh generation farmer at Three Springs Fruit Farm and Agroecology graduate of Penn State’s College of Agricultural Sciences. Since returning to the farm in 2007, he’s helped his family operation achieve sustainable certification through the Food Alliance and steered the supply of Three Springs’ fruit toward more local and regional streams. He has a passion for sharing the bounties of agricultural community with the Chesapeake Bay Foodshed.
