Helen Dombalis serves as the Policy and Strategic Partnerships Director for the National Farm to School Network (NFSN). In this role, Helen collaborates with NFSN core partners (staff, regional leads, state leads and advisors), partner organizations and grassroots community members to strengthen farm to school across the nation through collective advocacy. Helen provides expertise and leadership around federal policy initiatives including the Child Nutrition Reauthorization and the Farm Bill, as well as state and local policy that supports farm to school and a more just food system. A native of Raleigh, NC, she received a Master of Public Health and a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Helen is based in Washington, DC.
