Pamela Fessenden is the Director of the Office of Market and Partnership Innovations in USAID's Bureau for Food Security. Ms. Fessenden is a career Foreign Service Officer who has served overseas in Kenya, Sudan, Afghanistan, Iraq and Kosovo. Her areas of expertise include agriculture development, food security, and humanitarian aid. Ms. Fessenden was born and raised in New Hampshire and is currently a resident of Washington, DC.
