Cheron Constance is an independent consultant and researcher. While contemplating going to cooking school, she became interested in larger questions of why and how people and communities eat what they eat. Those explorations led to an MSc in Food Policy and a PhD in Rural Sociology. She is particularly interested in cooperative economics, food waste and loss, and access to land.
