Roisin Low is an undergraduate student at the University of Vermont majoring in Environmental Studies with a double minor in Global Studies and Biology. Originally from Australia she moved to the US to complete her undergraduate degree. In between her studies she has spent time in Indonesia as a research assistant for conservation organization Operation Wallacea and in Denmark where she wrote for Creative Industries Forum as the co-editor of the Visual Art/New Media section. She is currently a research intern for Food Tank and hopes to share stories and successes of engaged people in our global community working hard to improve our food systems and alleviate poverty.
