Addressing Power Imbalances Through Shared Power and Inclusivity – UN Food Systems Champions Network Panel Series

Food Tank is partnering with  the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the Global Alliance for the Future of Food to bring an exciting series of panel discussions about how to transform the world’s food systems. For the first conversation, UN Food Systems Champions Network Chairperson Ruth Richardson and Dani Nierenberg will be discussing the theme of “Addressing Power Imbalances Through Shared Power and Inclusivity.” Food Systems Champions on this panel include: Ajay Vir Jakhar, Bharat Krishak Samaj (Farmers’ Forum India), India; Michelle Nunn, CARE USA, United States; Jessica Vega Ortega, Global Indigenous Youth Caucus, Mexico; and Mamadou Goita, Institute for Research and Promotion of Alternatives in Development (IRPAD). The conversation will also feature special guest Christine Ciccone, the International Fund for Agricultural Development.
