Elizabeth is a strategist and creative communications consultant living in Milan, Italy. Her passion for global food systems led her to Italy 2014 on the USA Pavilion team at Expo Milano 2015. In 2016  she co-founded ADEA Group, a collective working in creative good food projects. She has consulted for Organic Valley, GrowNYC, Rockwellgroup, Pepsico and Scuola Politecnica di Design. She is the founder of the NYC Food Book Fair which she directed from 2012-2015 and is currently an advisor.
