Molly Steinfeld is a bachelor’s candidate at Wesleyan University. She is currently writing her senior thesis on child obesity and public policy, which was inspired by her experiences working with both the French National Institute for Health Education and Prevention on nutritional public policy and with the non-profit Summer of Solutions building urban gardens in Hartford, CT.
