Eleanor is a former research and writing intern at Food Tank, based in London. She graduated in 2017 with an MSc in Food Policy at City University and she has a BSc in Chemistry. She has worked on a number of projects on food security, health and nutrition in the UK. Eleanor is also a Cordon Bleu trained chef and has worked in restaurants such as the Fat Duck and Noma.
